Customized Cats

Amazing pictures!

The book these came from said some of the paint jobs cost $15,000 and had to be repeated every 3 months as the cat's hair grows out. Must be nice to have $60,000 a year just to keep your cat painted!
But I must say that I feel sorry for these cats.

These are from a book and I think somewhere in the end of it it says they are faked, but I don't know. I wish my cats were painted.

  2. It doesn't look faked to me.

I think some of these are nice, the subtle ones such as the moons and stars and the 2ed striped pic with the two cats.

The brightly colored ones are frightening, and it doesn't look as if the cats mind. I have a Siamese and Himalayan and they couldn't care less what you do as long as your nice. If they weren't such beautiful beige pastel colors i might consider doing something like this for the fun of it.

This is from a cool book called "Why Paint Cats?" The cats weren't really painted, the pictures were photoshopped. The book is a combination of art book and practical joke.

I actually want the book, because photoshopped or not it was really fun to look at. :D

Of course they're photoshopped! Use your heads. Do you think ghost pictures are real too? Some of you people make me fear for humanity.

    I know the're not photoshopped. It's impossible.
I've tried it over and over and the printer jamed every time. (I even tried with the fur shaved off.)

I WOULD TOTALLY DO THAT TO MY CAT

  15. Photoshopped

Check out the picture. I did that in about 5 min. using photoshop. I assure you that those cats are a result of a graphic artist imagination.

You couldn't dye a cat like that in the first place. I'm fairly certain SPCA would be on that one faster than you could say "big fat fine."

    Come on. Obviously photoshopped.
If you can do this with photshop - http://www.worth1000.com/cache/contest/contestcache.asp?contest_id=3695

Im pretty sure you can do simpler things like changing the colour of fur.

It's from a calendar, called painted cats. A professional artist does them. They aren't fake. R-tard.

i hate cats. I mean hate cats. i believe they should disappear from the face of the earth. I hope they all fall into a firey pit in hell and die one million painful deaths. I hope the painted ones go first.
