The Poor Dog Saved

The story of Rasta, saved from certain death and adopted by a woman from Quebec, has moved many people Tuesday.

Three weeks ago, a private impound area contacted the Humane Society of Quebec (SPA) to say that a dog was found in the northwest of the airport. Scholars believe that the animal could wander and survive outside for a few months. It would have ten years.

“They told us to prepare for a surprise. Is it a lost pet or an abandoned animal? It really has no idea, “says CEO, Denys Pelletier.

Six employees of the SPA took turns to care, shaving and grooming the animal that looks like a shih tzu. The hair and dirt accumulated were such that the work lasted three hours.
