The Rock Restaurant Zanzibar is perched on a rock near the shore of the beautiful Michanwi Pingwe beach. Depending on the tides it is possible to wade across or should you prefer the restaurant has a boat to transport you from the beach to the steps at the bottom of the rock and back again.
Naturally the restaurant serves a wide variety of sea food with a distinctly Zanzibari twist as well as a decent selection of wines, beers and soft drinks. There is even champagne should you have cause to celebrate!
Eating at Rock Restaurant is an experience you can’t miss: colours, relish and sensations blend together in unique ‘edge of the world’ magic.
